DSR is currently doing a total frame-off restoration of a 1955 Chevy Bel Air. The restoration includes all new sheet metal, including new interior and trunk floors. The chassis and drivetrain have all new, modern updates like an independant front suspension with coil-over shocks, a Ford 9" rear end with a parallel 4-bar suspension and coil-over shocks, 12" front disc and 11" rear disc brakes, power steering and power brakes, and all new, stainless steel brake and fuel lines. The power will be provided by a new GM Hi-Performance 400 h.p. crate engine and a Phoenix Transmission prepared 700R4. Inside, we are installing cruise control, the Hot Rod Air '55 Chevy AC/Heat unit, an AM/FM stereo with a 12 disc CD changer, power windows, remote power door releases, and a remote power trunk release. We will also be installing a totally new interior.

DSR is also refitting several body pieces which were incorrectly installed at another shop on this beautiful 1937 Ford Panel Delivery.
First, a quick update on the 1937 Ford woody sedan: Although we have been quite busy with customer work we have had time to connect the hood to the roof with this custom cowl, which adds 12" to the length of the car, allowing us to put all our accessories under the dash. As you can see, it gives the car that long, low "bad" look.
